Competitive audit

Following Design Thinking, in the first phase of the project, I conducted a competitive audit of 6 agencies and companies operating in the same field to inform the website's information architecture and interaction design.
Findings:
- Repeat the main CTA button across the pages and make it visually stand out from the rest of the page
- Familiarity principle - make the website look more personal by including the team and founder profiles more frequently
- Keep the interactive elements to minimum - often times animated parts of the competitors did not work well, which ended up being frustrating for the user
- Use professional tone of voice
- Keep service offerings clear and professional
- Use simple navigation that would enable the users to always know where they are in terms of information architecture
