User-testing findings

I conducted two rounds of usability studies. Findings from the first study helped guide the designs from wireframes to mockups. The second study used a high-fidelity prototype and revealed what aspects of the mockups needed refining.

  • Include main events on the homepage
  • Include more information on the checkout
  • Inform the users how they will receive the tickets.
  • Increase users’ ability to control the application.
  • Modify the design of the calendar views to make them more intuitive
  • Create a drop-down menu for the travel options
