About me

Hi there, I'm Dany and I'm a Product/UX designer, currently experimenting with a lifestyle of a digital nomad. What I like the most about it is the ability to pack my whole life in one suitcase and one backpack, and that's it. I've also set myself a year-long moratorium on material purchases, which greatly helps with keeping things simple 😉

Originally from Slovakia, I lived and worked in multiple countries like the Netherlands, Italy, Singapore, Brazil, and Portugal. Thanks to these experiences I learned Italian and Portuguese, and my next goal is to learn Spanish.

In my free time, I like to dance salsa or samba, and eat some spicy food. My most recent addition to hobbies is padel, which is a lot of fun to play.

Recently, I've been thinking about building sustainable cities and creating a more human-serving technology, which doesn't exploit our psychological setup (talking here predominantly about social media). I've been pondering a lot also about sustainable travelling and how to reduce my ecological footprint.
